4-06 Box, 17:36 - Squad 4 was dispatched to the intersection of Rt.5 and Wynne Road for the reported motor vehicle accident. Chief 4 arrived on the scene, reported 2 vehicles involved with one on its side and assumed the command. Squad 4 arrived and began patient care and triage. Crews from Engine 141 and Engine 43 assisted with patient care and vehicle stabilization. Victims were transported by Ambulance 496 and Ambulance 499 to St. Mary's Hospital. One patient was later air lifted to PG General by MSP Trooper 2 due to the seriousness of their injuries. Units cleared at 18:25.
