4-05 Box, 16:23 - Squad 4 was dispatched to the intersection of Three Notch Road and Trapp Road in Dameron for the reported motor vehicle accident with injuries. Chief 4 arrived on location and advised incoming units that one subject was still trapped in the vehicle. Engine 141 and Squad 4 arrived shortly after and started rapid extrication of the victim. Within 10 minutes, the patient was extricated from the vehicle and after further assessment it was determined the victim needed to be air lifted to a trauma center. Engine 43 set up a landing site at St. Michael's School in Ridge where Trooper 7 landed. Units cleared at 17:05.
