4-03 Box, 02:21 - Squad 4 was dispatched to the area of 16061 Point Lookout Road in st. Mary's City for the reported motor vehicle accident with one vehicle on it's roof. Squad 4 and E-141 arrived and located one patient that had self extricated prior to our arrival. The accident is under investigation by the St. Mary's County Sheriff's Office. The patient refused treatment at the scene. Units went in service at 03:04.
