Mutual Aid St. James - Working Shed Fire

3-11 Box, 07:45 - Company 4 was dispatched to assist Bay District, mutual aid to 48453 Sandy's Way in St. James for a reported working shed fire. Engine responded with five personnel. Before arrival, Chief 3B (Joe Gould) arrived on the scene and reported a fully involved shed and vehicle fire and the fire had spread to the nearby woods line. He upgraded the assignment for additional brush units and tanker. Engine 43 arrived and began fire attack on the shed and vehicle. Tanker 4 later arrived and provided water. Engine 41 also responded and provided additional manpower. Units and personnel from Ridge and Bay District had the fire contained and under control at 08:03. The fire is under investigation by the Maryland State Fire Marshals Office. Units cleared at 08:43.
