| 4-03 Box, Sept 17 at 15:22 - Ridge units were dispatched to the area of Point Lookout Road and Heritage Lane in St. Inigoes for the reported multi-vehicle crash with at least one trapped. Ridge VRS A496 was first on scene and confirmed a head-on style crash with one occupant trapped and roadway closed in both directions. Chief 4B in Squad 4 arrived on scene and established command. Squad 4 and Engine 141 (NDWFD Webster Field) crews began extrication and patient care while Engine 43 blocked the roadway and provided traffic control. Chief 4 arrived and assumed command, requesting multiple BLS/ALS ambulances for the patients. Extrication was complete in less than 3 minutes. Patients from each vehicle were evaluated and transported by A496 and Lexington Park VRS A388. All units cleared at 16:03. |
