New Engine 41 hit the assembly line this week. Engine 41 was ordered and purchased from Atlantic Emergency Solutions and is being manufactured by Pierce Manufacturing Incorporated in Appleton, Wisconsin. Engine 41 will be added to Ridge VFD's fleet of apparatus and plans are to be complete by the end of April 2018. Engine 41 will be equipped with a 1250 GPM Waterous pump, 750 gallon tank, 6KW Harrison generator, and much more. A more detailed list of specifications will be posted as the project continues.

Shown are pictures from week 1. This week began with the production of the cab. Next week, the cab will be completed and headed to get painted. Soon, expect the body to begin fabrication and chassis to be scheduled for frame-up. We will post pictures as the work progresses.
