4-02 Box, 15:24 - Squad 4 was dispatched to the area of 19015 Three Notch Road in Lexington Park for the reported vehicle into a tree on fire. Safety Officer Francis Raley arrived shortly after dispatch and advised incoming units that the vehicle had three occupants and they were out of the vehicle. Squad 4 arrived and pulled the front attack hoseline to contain the fire. Crews from Squad 4 and Engine 141 assisted EMS with patient care. Two patients were taken to St. Mary's Hospital with minor injuries and one patient refused treatment on the scene. Units cleared at 15:58.
