4-02 Box, 17:29 - Ridge units responded to the area of 19221 Three Notch Road in St. James for the reported motor vehicle accident. E-141 arrived at 17:35 and advised a vehicle was located off the roadway and the driver was out. Personnel from Squad 4 and Engine 141 assessed the patient and secured the vehicle. The patient refused treatment from Ambulance 498. Units cleared at 18:04.
