4-09 Box, 07:31- Squad 4 was dispatched to the area of 11558 Point Lookout Road in Scotland for a reported motor vehicle accident with vehicle on fire. Squad 4 arrived at 07:42 and reported a vehicle into the woods, fully involved and began extinguishment. Chief 4 arrived and assumed the command. The driver and passenger was located across the street. Crews from Squad 4 and Engine 141 assessed the patients and both victims refused treatment at the scene. Units cleared at 08:11.
