4-09 Box, 21:12 - Squad 4 responded to the area of 11551 Point Lookout Road in Scotland, MD for the reported motor vehicle collision with a vehicle into a tree. Chief 4 arrived at 21:21 and reported that a single vehicle was off the roadway into the woods with one patient and assumed the command. Squad 4 arrived and located the patient and began patient assessment. With the help of Engine 41's crew, the patient was removed from the vehicle and further assessed by Ambulance 68. The patient refused treatment on the scene. Command was terminated and all units went in service at 21:45.
