The following products were recently recalled by the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC): 1) Product: TurboSke Kids Toddler Bike Helmets Hazard: The bicycle helmets do not comply with the U.S. CPSC federal safety standard for bicycle helmets, posing a risk of head injury. For more information visit: 2) Product: Gas One propane adapter hoses (50140- series) Hazard: The hose can swell during use causing gas to leak, posing a fire hazard. For more information visit: 3) Product: Bauer Forced Air Propane Portable Heaters Hazard: The fitting at the back of the heater can fail to be sufficiently tight, causing the heater to leak propane gas, posing a fire hazard. For more information visit: 4) Product: E-Z-GO PTVs and Tracker Off-Road Vehicles Hazard: The parking brake catch bracket can wear out and cause the parking brake to fail, posing a crash hazard. For more information visit: 5) Product: Huish Outdoors Oceanic Adult Dry Top Snorkels (sold exclusively at Costco) Hazard: The bottom purge valve on the recalled snorkels can leak, allowing unexpected water entry, posing a drowning hazard. For more information visit: 6) Product: Boppy Original Newborn Loungers, Boppy Preferred Newborn Loungers and Pottery Barn Kids Boppy Newborn Loungers Hazard: Infants can suffocate if they roll, move, or are placed on the lounger in a position that obstructs breathing, or roll off the lounger onto an external surface, such as an adult pillow or soft bedding that obstructs breathing.
