11/29/21 - 4-03 Box, 11:21 - Squad 4 was dispatched to the area of the intersection of Gum Landing Road and Beachville Road for the reported motor vehicle accident. Callers reported that a vehicle had went through the security fence that surrounds Webster Field Annex. Chief 4B arrived and confirmed a vehicle had clipped a utility pole and came to rest into the security fence. Engine 141 arrived on location at 11:27 and began patient care and extrication. Squad 4 arrived at 11:31 and assisted with extricating the victim from the vehicle. The victim was transferred to Ambulance 498C and transported to St. Mary's Hospital. Verizon was called to the scene to perform repairs to the utility pole. All units went in service at 11:48.
