The following products were recently recalled by the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC):
Hazard: The wireless earphones can overheat while charging or in use, posing burn and fire hazards. For more information visit: 2) Product: Mark of Fifth Avenue Children’s Robes Hazard: The children’s robes fail to meet the federal flammability standards for children’s sleepwear, posing a risk of burn injuries to children. For more information visit: 3) Product: Hisun 250cc Utility Vehicles Hazard: Grass can accumulate on the under-side of the utility vehicle near the exhaust pipe, posing a fire hazard. For more information visit: 4) Product: Northern Lights Alaura Two-Tone Jar Candles (sold Exclusively at Costco) Hazard: The recalled jar candles can shatter, crack or break apart while burning, posing laceration and fire hazards. For more information visit: 5) Product: Husqvarna and GASGAS Off-Road closed course competition motorcycles Hazard: The retaining “R” clips on the front brake caliper pin can fall out, causing the front brakes to fail, posing a crash hazard to the rider. KTM will also replace the rear brake caliper retaining clips for consistency on the units. This poses a serious entrapment hazard and risk of death by asphyxiation. For more information visit: _____________________________________________________________________________________________ 8) Product: Longwood Forest Angel Line Bunk Beds with Angled Ladders; 2-Year-Old Child’s Death Reported Hazard: The metal hook fastening the ladder to the top bunk bed frame can move away or detach from the bed frame when the ladder is lifted, causing the gap between the ladder step and bed frame to open wider than 3.5 inches, posing serious entrapment and strangulation hazards.
