4-02 Box, 09:26 - Squad 4 and Engine 41 responded to the area of 18611 Three Notch Road in Lexington Park, MD for the reported motor vehicle accident. Captain 4 (Francis Raley) arrived on location at 09:32 and reported a single vehicle off the roadway into a tree. The occupant was still trapped in the vehicle. Engine 141 arrived at 09:34 and began extrication. Squad 4 and Squad 3 arrived shortly after and assisted with victim extrication and patient assessment. The patient was transported to St. Mary's Hospital by Ambulance 499 with minor injuries. Units wrapped up and command was terminated at 10:02. All units went in service.
