4-06 Box, 18:04- Squad 4 was dispatched to the area of 48890 Curley's Road for the reported motor vehicle accident (undetermined). Ambulance 499 arrived and located one patient out of the vehicle and began patient assessment. Chief 4 and Squad 4 arrived on location at 18:11 and assumed the command. Crews from Squad 4 secured the vehicle and assisted with traffic. The driver of the vehicle refused treatment on the scene. Command was terminated and units went in service at 18:22.
