4-06 Box, 20:13 - Squad 4 was dispatched to Curleys Road for the reported single vehicle motor vehicle accident roll-over with a subject still in the vehicle. Chiefs 4A and 4B arrived on location and advised incoming units that the vehicle was right-side up with one patient alert and sitting in the driver's seat with the door open (no entrapment). CH4A established the Curleys Roa Command. Squad 4 and Engine 41 arrived and began patient care and secured the vehicle. The patient was packaged on a backboard and loaded into Ridge VRS ambulance for further evaluation. Due to the patient's condition, a helicopter was requested to transport the patient to a trauma center. NDWFD Engine 141 set up the landing site at St. Michael's Church. Units cleared at 21:05.
