Chief 4 arrived at 23:37 and discovered a pickup truck overturned and electrical lines in the roadway. Engine 42 and Engine 143 arrived and began assessing the patient that had escaped before arrival. The victim had a small cut to the lip and refused treatment provided by the crew from Ambulance 498.
