On Sunday May 6, 2007 members from Ridge participated in the 60th Annual Southern Maryland Volunteer Fireman's Association Parade held in Hollywood, MD. Jeep 4, Engine 42, and MSU-4 towing the fire prevention trailer started at Clarks Landing Road and preceded along Mervell Dean Road to the judges stand located in the area of Deans Lumber Company. Following the parade members proceeded to Hollywood VFD's carnival lot, had lunch, socialized, and participated in the Battle of the Buckets and Tug O War games. Ridge came home with two trophies:
-2nd Best appearing 1250 GPM (Engine 42)
-Best Appearing Fire Prevention Float (Fire Prevention Trailer)
