4-06 Box, 08:56- Ridge units responded to 15787 Mosquito Haven Lane for a reported house fire. Chief 4 arrived at 09:02 and reported nothing evident. Shortly after, Engine 43 arrived conducted a primary search of the residence and investigated the attic area for possible fire extension. Crews from Engine 41 and Engine 42 provided ventilation to the residence. After further investigation its was determined that the ventilation system from a pellet stove had malfunctioned and spread smoke into the residence. Units cleared at 09:51.
