On a beautiful sunny day, the community of Ridge, Md., paused to remember the supreme price that was paid by our nations fallen soldiers, sailors, marines and airmen. They will never be forgotten for their dedicated service to our flag, our country and our way of life. The ceremony included speeches from key local politicians. the new commanding officer of PAX River and wreath laying ceremonies by local civic organizations. The Ridge Volunteer Fire Departiment was represented by President Peanut Gatton and Auxiliary President Dawn Gatton. There were thirteen other members present.
