On a beautiful Saturday afternoon, September 22, 2012, the members of the Ridge Volunteer Fire Dept. gathered at the carnival grounds for a crab feast. Also available were pizza, hot dogs, drinks of all kinds and desserts galore. However the most attended spot was the soft serve stand. What a way to send the summer off. While some of our members were away on cruises and travel etc. those of us who were still here greatly enjoyed the occasion. The entire social committee led by Tony Ridgell are to be congratulated on their planning and efforts in putting together this fine event.
