4-02 Box, 22:25 - Squad 4 was dispatched to the intersection of Mattapany Road and Three Notch Road in St. James for the reported motor vehicle accident with injuries. Chief 4 arrived at 22:36 and advised he had two vehicles involved with one vehicle off the roadway and he established the command. All patients were out of the vehicles. Engine 141 and Squad 4 arrived and assisted with securing the vehicles while EMS assessed all that were involved. One patient was transported to St. Mary's Hospital with injuries and the other patients refused treatment on the scene. Units cleared at 22:48.
