The following products were recently recalled by the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC):


1) Product: Polaris Model Year 2023 RZR PRO XP and PRO XP 4 and Model Year 2024 RZR XP and XP 4 Recreational Off-Road Vehicles (ROVs)

Hazard: The improperly routed brake line can contact the front wheels during vehicle operation resulting in brake line damage and brake loss, posing a crash hazard.

2) Product: Fortress Safe Announces Recall of Biometric Gun Safes; One Death Reported

Hazard: The biometric lock on the gun safes can be opened by unauthorized users, posing a serious injury hazard and risk of death.

3) Product: Rene Rofe Girl Children’s Blanket Sleepers and Hooded Robes

Hazard: The recalled children’s blanket sleepers and robes fail to meet the federal flammability standards for children’s sleepwear, posing a risk of burn injuries to children.

4) Product: Russound MCA-88 Multizone Controller Amplifiers

Hazard: The internal circuit board components can overheat, posing a fire hazard.

5) Product: Kawasaki Lawn Mower Engines used in Ariens, Gravely, Husqvarna, John Deere and Redmax brand lawn mowers

Hazard: The fuel tube could have been damaged due to improper workmanship while removing the fuel tube for repair, which could cause a fuel leak, posing fire and burn hazards.

6) Product: Best Buy Insignia™ Pressure Cookers

Hazard: The pressure cooker has incorrect volume markings on the inner pot. This can cause consumers to overfill the pot and hot food and liquids to be ejected when the pressure cooker is vented using the quick release method or opened while its contents are pressurized, posing a burn hazard to consumers.

7) Product: Doosan Bobcat North America Bobcat and Kubota Stand-On Zero Turn Lawnmowers

Hazard: The dampers installed on the steering system of the mower can prevent the control levers from returning to the neutral position and the Operator Presence switch will not activate and stop the engine and blades, posing crash and laceration hazards to the operator or bystanders.
