5) Product: Husqvarna and GASGAS Off-Road closed course competition motorcycles
Hazard: The retaining “R” clips on the front brake caliper pin can fall out, causing the front brakes to fail, posing a crash hazard to the rider. KTM will also replace the rear brake caliper retaining clips for consistency on the units. Recall date: December 16, 2021

8) Product: Longwood Forest Angel Line Bunk Beds with Angled Ladders; 2-Year-Old Child’s Death Reported
