The following products were recently recalled by the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC):


1) Product: DEWALT ® Jobsite Pro Wireless Earphones

Hazard: The wireless earphones can overheat while charging or in use, posing burn and fire hazards.

2) Product: Mark of Fifth Avenue Children’s Robes

Hazard: The children’s robes fail to meet the federal flammability standards for children’s sleepwear, posing a risk of burn injuries to children.

3) Product: Hisun 250cc Utility Vehicles

Hazard: Grass can accumulate on the under-side of the utility vehicle near the exhaust pipe, posing a fire hazard.

4) Product: Northern Lights Alaura Two-Tone Jar Candles (sold Exclusively at Costco)

Hazard: The recalled jar candles can shatter, crack or break apart while burning, posing laceration and fire hazards.

5) Product: Husqvarna and GASGAS Off-Road closed course competition motorcycles

Hazard: The retaining “R” clips on the front brake caliper pin can fall out, causing the front brakes to fail, posing a crash hazard to the rider. KTM will also replace the rear brake caliper retaining clips for consistency on the units.

6) Product: Karmas Far Infant Bath Seats

Hazard: The bath seats fail to meet the federal safety standard for infant bath seats, including requirements for stability and leg openings, and can tip over while in use, posing a drowning hazard to babies.

7) Product: Essential Medical Supply Endurance® Hand Bed Rails; One Death Reported

Hazard: When attached to an adult’s bed, users can become entrapped within the bed rail or between the rail and the side of the mattress. This poses a serious entrapment hazard and risk of death by asphyxiation.

8) Product: Longwood Forest Angel Line Bunk Beds with Angled Ladders; 2-Year-Old Child’s Death Reported

Hazard: The metal hook fastening the ladder to the top bunk bed frame can move away or detach from the bed frame when the ladder is lifted, causing the gap between the ladder step and bed frame to open wider than 3.5 inches, posing serious entrapment and strangulation hazards.

9) Product: Royal Sovereign/Royal Centurian portable air conditioners; One Death Reported

Hazard: A faulty drain motor in the air conditioners can ignite the plastic enclosure of the unit, posing fire and burn hazards to consumers and risk of serious injury or death.
