4-05 Box, 15:38 - Squad 4 was dispatched to the area of 17491 Three Notch Road in Dameron for a reported motor vehicle accident involving two vehicles head on. Squad 4 arrived on location at 15:45 and advised they had two vehicles in the roadway and established command. Crews from Squad 4 and Engine 141 assisted with patient extrication from the north end vehicle and Engine 43's crew assisted EMS with the south end vehicle involved. Two patients were transported to St. Mary's Hospital and two patients refused treatment on the scene. Units cleared at 16:14.
