The following products were recently recalled by the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC):


1) Product: Nestlé USA Metallic Mugs Sold with Starbucks-Branded Gift Sets

Hazard: If microwaved or filled with extremely hot liquid, the mugs can overheat or break, posing burn and laceration hazards.

2) Product: Crown Aruba IV (AWR Series) gas-fired hot water boilers

Hazard: The blocked vent switch (BVS) can fail to shut down the burners if the boilers are installed at altitudes above 2,000 feet and the vent system becomes blocked. In such an event, the boiler can emit excessive amounts of carbon monoxide into the building, posing a carbon monoxide (CO) poisoning hazard to consumers.

3) Product: U.S. Boiler, New Yorker Boiler, Advantage, FORCE and Archer brand gas-fired hot water residential boilers

4) Product: Textron Specialized Vehicles Tracker Off Road OX EV Light Utility Vehicles

Hazard: Water can get into the lithium-ion battery pack of the Tracker OX EV vehicles, posing a fire hazard.

5) Product: Insignia® Air Fryers and Air Fryer Ovens

Hazard: The air fryers can overheat, causing the handles to melt or break, posing fire and burn hazards. Additionally, the air fryer ovens can overheat and the glass on the door can shatter, posing fire, burn and laceration hazards.

6) Product: Honeywell Recalls System Sensor L-Series Low Frequency Fire Alarm Sounders and Strobes

Hazard: The sounders and strobes can malfunction and cause the fire alarm system to fail to alert consumers of a fire.

7) Product: Anker EverFrost Lithium-Ion Battery Powered Coolers

Hazard: The lithium-ion batteries in the Anker EverFrost Coolers can overheat, posing a fire hazard.

8) Product: Yamaha PA-10 AC Power Adaptors

Hazard: A crack can occur between the PA-10 AC Power Adapter’s upper and lower cases. The upper and lower cases can separate completely and expose electrical wiring, posing electrical shock and electrocution hazards to consumers.

Hazard: The mattresses violate the smoldering ignition requirements of the federal mattress flammability regulation, posing a fire hazard.
